Start with the inventory

Most people can list what they lack in seconds and stumble for a full minute over what they carry. That imbalance is learned, and it is reversible. The work begins by naming, plainly and without hedging, the gifts already in your possession.

Purpose, dreams, strength, courage, wisdom, talent, passion, potential — eight shelves, each holding something you were handed before anyone asked what you wanted to be. The point is not to feel better. The point is to see clearly, then to act on what you see.

Then move

Clarity that never becomes a decision is just a nicer kind of stalling. Pick the smallest action that only makes sense if what you discovered is true, and take it this week.
